1. Acceptance
By using the ReplyWise platform ("Platform"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Scope of Service
ReplyWise provides AI-powered customer communication services across WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API and webchat channels. The scope of the service is determined by your chosen subscription plan.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and all actions taken through it. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
4. Prohibited Use
- Sending spam, misleading or unlawful messages
- Conducting attacks that damage platform infrastructure
- Violating WhatsApp or Telegram platform terms
- Processing third-party personal data without consent
- Reselling or sublicensing the platform
5. Payment & Cancellation
Subscription fees are collected in advance on a monthly or annual basis. If you submit a cancellation request before the end of your billing period, you will not be charged for the next period. Partial refunds are not provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
ReplyWise shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from service outages of third-party API providers (Meta, Telegram, etc.). Liability for direct damages is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
