Core rules for using ReplyWise services

These terms provide a general framework for the ReplyWise website and platform. Plan, limit, support, integration and service-level scope for business customers may also be defined in a proposal, order form or agreement between the parties.

WhatsApp, Telegram, Web Chat, Agent API and webhook connections.

AI services

AI agents, knowledge sources, provider/model choice and usage limits.

Support operations

Conversation, customer, agent, ticket, satisfaction and reporting features.

Plans and subscriptions

Selected plan, channels, users, message/token and add-on scope.

Availability and rules of channels, AI providers and integrations may depend on the relevant providers.

FEES, CHANGES AND TERMINATION

Plan and subscription terms

Pricing, billing cycle, usage limits, renewal, cancellation and any custom services are defined in the selected plan or business agreement. Terms may be updated for service or legal changes, with material updates communicated through appropriate channels before taking effect.

PROHIBITED USE

The platform must not be used for
